10. Keep things SIMPLE
Stop adding decorative stuff to your heroes' skills.
Examples include 20% extra damage for 3 extra seconds of charging, 4 sec stop life regen, making 4 clones that do nothing except walk in a line and dissappear when you attack, etc. All of these parts of the skills add practically nothing to it. They don't make the skill imba, but they complicated things without adding anythign real to the skill. Other things, like the clones, could be good graphic stuff: the only problem is the triggering and extensive work required for a non-essential part of the skill.
